Park for the Arts

Park for the Arts; football season

Our proximity to TCU makes the school’s parking lot and large, open sports field a real asset on game day. Parent volunteers help with parking cars during TCU games. Money from Park for the Arts, as well as the spring Auction, allow the PTA to send our teachers to specialized training sessions throughout the United States every summer; fund additional art programs, restock learning supplies and make upgrades to the playgrounds and school.

Park for the Arts is one of Alice Carlson’s biggest fundraisers, but it can’t be successful without volunteers…that’s where you come in. Please consider volunteering at any or all of the 6 TCU home games to help direct cars to parking spots on the Alice Carlson field. This is a great opportunity to get volunteer hours for the new school year. A Sign-up Genius will go out before each game for volunteers to reserve their spot. Please be on the lookout, but in the meantime, put these home game dates on your calendar:
August 31
Sept. 21
Sept. 28
Oct. 26
Nov. 9
Nov. 29
